Science and Technology Fair

MISSION

To inspire interest and understanding in science and technology on the part of children and their parents.
Provide a noncompetitive enrichment opportunity for IES students and their parents to learn about science and technology through choosing, planning, and executing individual, age appropriate science or technology projects which will be displayed at an interactive final event.

GOALS

	Expose children to the science/technology perspective.
	Each participant will learn something new about science/technology.
	Each participant will develop the ability to ask a question.
	Each participant will learn to form conclusions.
	Each participant will be able to communicate what was learned.
	Each participant will be able to determine the next step based on what was learned.
