You can change plans within the Customer Portal by logging in at corpsite.com, call our support team, or email support@corpsite.com. Additional setup fees may apply depending upon the upgrade.

Changing Servers

In most cases changing server platforms, such as moving to Windows IIS from Linux/Standard, requires the setup of a new hosting account with a setup charge of $50.00.

Additionally, the change will require a change in your site's IP address and an update of our DNS records. To avoid downtime and ensure a seamless transition you will need to have a copy of your web site on each location - new and old. We will allow a window of 5 days in which your site will remain open on your old account giving ample time for your transfer. After 5 days your old site will be deleted from the server.

Refund Policy

Client's with prepaid contracts or a credit on their account will be refunded for any unused fees where appropriate on a pro-rated basis. Microsoft Licensing fees are non-refundable. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Anti-virus Policy

Use of Corpsite services implies acceptance of our anti-virus policy. All Corpsite services are scanned for files that may harm Corpsite or customer resources. These include, but are not limited to: Virus, Malware, Backdoor, Trojan, Remote Control, Spam, or other malicious intent files, processes, scripts or other media. These types of files, processes, scripts, or other media will be removed immediately from Corpsite systems when identified. Customers are responsible for uploading and maintaining a clean copy of any and all files. Incoming email will be scanned for malicious files and the message will be immediately deleted if malicious content is found.

Due to limitations of anti-virus and anti-malware software, no notification will be sent to any customer when malicious content is removed from any system. Systems are scanned and malicious files removed automatically in an effort to prevent viruses and malicious content from spreading throughout our other servers and the Internet as a whole. Once a system is infected and spreading malicious content, it can cause systems to be blacklisted by third-parties which will either delay or prevent email delivery, access to websites, and even file uploads.
